Job Description

Responsibilities - Closer 

  • Handling qualified leads generated by Marketing as well as SDRs from various channels and taking them through the sales funnel till conversion by responding promptly with solutions and doing the necessary follow-ups.

  • Take complete ownership of CRM for your prospects/leads/clients

  • Launching various inside sales campaigns and assisting the marketing team in research activities using lead data points

  • Perform targeted prospecting of enterprises for larger deal sizes, aligned with business and growth goals. Perform smooth onboarding of clients into PromptCloud’s internal tools and ensuring efficient and complete handover to Account Managers.

  • Retargeting of leads and launching various client-nurturing and referral campaigns including up-sell and cross-sell

  • Be the face of the company for new prospects/leads via telephone calls and over emails in order to achieve and exceed the client conversion targets and to improve client stickiness

  • Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales and collection plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met

Responsibilities - SDR

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Promptcloud and JobsPikr

  • Interact with prospects via telephone and email with high attention to detail

  • Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts

  • Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other social mediums

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Should be B.Tech CS/IT + MBA.

  • 4 years of empathetic software sales/ IT Sales/business development experience.

  • With at least 2 years of business development experience (prospecting, cold calling, etc.)

  • An analytical thinker and a problem solver with the ability to understand customer's industry and core business processes, identify the problems they are facing and suggest the right solutions

  • Clear and confident communicator - comfortable both writing and speaking with C-level executives. Active listening is one of your key strengths.

  • A Techno functional who can map Technology to Business Processes

  • Understand PromptCloud’s and JobsPikr’s technology well enough

  • Should have hands-on experience with any CRM tool

  • Excellent written skills and ability to communicate well with clients from various geographies

  • Target-focused individual contributor and a team player.
