Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and support the sales process for our IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
● Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, freelancing platforms, and other channels.
● Identify potential clients and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
● Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
● Understand client requirements and present relevant IT solutions and services.
● Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
● Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documentation.
● Coordinate with internal teams for solution discussions and client requirements.
● Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM tools.
● Utilize AI-powered tools for prospect research, market analysis, documentation, and productivity enhancement.
● Manage client acquisition activities on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, or similar marketplaces.
Required Skills
● 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
● Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and sales outreach tools.
● Hands-on experience with freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
● Basic understanding of IT services and software development.
● Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms is preferred.
● Strong research, documentation, and organizational skills.
● Knowledge of or experience in the iGaming industry will be considered an added advantage.

Qualifications
BBA, MBA (Marketing), or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related discipline.
