Job Description

● Re-test fixes for defects

● Maintain up-to-date the test cases after some requirement changes were required

● Work with relevant people with regards to test preparation, test execution, test data and tool usage

● Plan and coordinate all cycles of testing, including functional-level system tests business scenario-based testing, to ensure proper test coverage while mitigating redundancy where possible

● Facilitate the efficient resolution of issues, by providing initial triage for issue disposition

● Preparing Test Scenarios, Test Cases for module, integration and system testing ● Executing the Test Cases & Defect Tracking

● Specification analysis

● Be responsible for the whole software testing lifecycle (analyzing the business requirements, support in preparing the test plans, creating the test cases, monitoring bugs, checking bug fixes)

Qualifications:

● Execute test scripts, reporting daily on progress and defects

● Experience: 3+ years in manual testing

● Must have exposure with US customers

● Strong QA and Testing Management

● Ability to deal with senior IT management

● In depth knowledge of and proven track record in software testing lifecycle

● Can demonstrate an organised approach to maintaining documentation and databases

● Ability to read a requirement and build a test case off of it
