Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2+ years of
experience to plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The
ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and
ensure smooth project execution from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish
● Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources
● Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
● Track project progress and ensure timely delivery
● Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and propose mitigation plans
● Prepare project schedules, status reports, and documentation
● Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives
● Manage changes in project scope and communicate impact effectively

● Conduct regular project review meetings and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications
● 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role
● Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum /
Waterfall)
● Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field

Good to Have
● PMP / Scrum Master / Agile certification
● Experience working with technical or cross-functional teams
● Client-facing project management experience
