Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager with strong expertise in paid advertising to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing organic visibility and driving qualified traffic through SEO best practices, while also planning and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy & Execution:
● Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical).
● Perform comprehensive keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis.
● Optimize website content, structure, metadata, and internal linking for improved rankings.
● Collaborate with content and development teams to improve UX, load speed, mobile usability, and crawlability.
● Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Paid Ads Management:
● Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
● Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies to improve ROI.
● Allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximize results from ad spends.
● Monitor ad performance and prepare regular performance reports.
Team & Project Management:
● Lead a small digital marketing team or coordinate with vendors/freelancers.
● Set KPIs and drive performance-based outcomes.
● Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm updates in both SEO and paid advertising.
Requirements:
● 6+ years of experience in SEO and paid ads management.
● Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
● Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
● Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Strong organizational and project management abilities
