Job Title: Software Tester
Experience: 1-2 Years

Job Responsibilities:
● Test Case Development: Design, create, and execute test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications.
● Manual Testing: Perform manual testing on various software applications to identify defects and ensure the quality of the product.
● Automated Testing: Work with automated testing tools to create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.
● Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
● Test Planning: Participate in test planning meetings to understand the scope of testing, timelines, and deliverables.
● Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality is embedded in the development process.
● Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
● Reporting: Prepare and present test reports, summarizing test activities, results, and key findings. ● Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies. Key Skills:
● Technical Skills: Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
● Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
● Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to identify even the smallest defects in software products.
● Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively collaborating with team members and documenting test results.
● Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
