Job Description:

• Developing the job descriptions for the new recruitment of IT professionals for the organisation.
• Planning and organising the recruitment meetings in connection with the hiring managers.
• Developing the recruitment strategies and programs for every type of IT position in the organisation.
• Interaction with the relevant candidates, briefing them about the requirement;
• Good verbal & written communication skills;
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates;
• Lateral RecruitmentWrite and post job descriptions, manage responses and screen candidates on job portals;
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms
• Scheduling an interview of the candidate with the respective managers. 
• Working on campus recruitment for different positions available in the organisation.
• Execute a complete search of the database as per the requirements to find relevant candidates.
• Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.

Requirements 

• Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office(Excel & Word).
• Good written and verbal English.
• Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills(English Mandatory).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
