Job Description

As a Service Sales Representative, you will be expected to develop relationships within our customer base while identifying opportunities for the Professional Services team.

Our team is focused on the creation of training, consulting, advanced support, upgrading, and custom development opportunities for the Professional Services Team to execute. This individual requires strong business development and account management skillset.

In order to be successful in this position, the hired individual will be expected to learn how to quickly identify opportunities, scope a services engagement based on customer needs and requirements, oversee the entirety of a client’s services investment, and continuously engage with customers – both at the corporate level and site level – to build revenue opportunities.

Essential Functions of the Job: 

  • Quota carrying team member
  • Reach out to customers daily to identify Professional Services opportunities 
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding Professional Services
  • Create proposals and Scopes of Work based on client services needs and requirements
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage opportunities
  • Coordinate and schedule engagements with Professional Services Leads
  • Efficiently manage timelines 
  • Respond effectively and timely 
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers

Requirements:

  • B.S./B.A. Degree
  • Experience in sales and account management preferred 
  • Ambition to grow within an organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High energy, self-starter who can learn quickly and quickly engage clients
  • Able to work effectively as an individual contributor as well as within a team
