Job Summary
The Enterprise Renewals Specialist is responsible for working with customers to renew their annual software maintenance and other subscriptions.  The position will provide an opportunity to join a successful, rapidly-growing software company with an established customer base that includes many of the world’s largest companies.  

Responsibilities
•    Validate, edit and deliver renewal quotes and invoices
•    Work with clients in obtaining renewal documentation
•    Uncover accounts which may be at risk for cancelation and develop plans to mitigate such risk
•    Utilize Salesforce.com to record all renewal activities  
•    Manage renewal invoice collections process
•    Assist with the identification, qualification and development of viable new opportunities to sell additional software and services
•    Serve as a liaison between the Sales Team and Finance Team to manage and streamline renewal opportunities 
•    Continuously seek to identify and implement improved contract processes and procedures
•    Provide outstanding internal and external customer service

Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree required
•    One to two years of relevant experience preferred; exceptional candidates with no prior experience will be considered as well
•    Outstanding organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
•    Strong multi-tasking ability
•    Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments across the organization
•    Ability to clearly articulate complex thoughts and concepts to clients 
•    Excellent client and internal communication skills including clear and concise writing skills
•    Adept at managing spreadsheets and manipulating information
