Job Description

  • Contributing to client projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Performance & Goals
  • Diverse projects and meaningful responsibilities from day one
  • Close collaboration with experienced Lead and Principal Consultants, providing structured learning and mentoring opportunities
  • The opportunity to develop cross-module expertise or specialize in your own implementation track

Qualifications

  • Initial relevant experience in an HR environment, ideally related to Compensation, Rewards, Performance Management, Goal Setting, or HR Controlling
  • Alternatively, several years of practical HR experience (e.g., as an HR Business Partner, in HR Operations, Payroll-related, or Controlling-related roles) combined with an interest in consulting
  • Strong analytical skills and an affinity for data-driven and fact-based topics
  • Interest in understanding SAP SuccessFactors from a functional perspective and developing expertise in the system
  • Initial exposure to or experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • A structured and reliable working style, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility
  • Fluent German language skills and good English language skills
