• Serve as liaison between the client and technical resources as required
• Modify security roles by adding/removing workflows to implement new functionality
• Coordinate technical support for integrations FENOC applications:
• Learning Management connectors, ESOMS, PADS, Nantel
• Research quarterly SAP SuccessFactors enhancements and make strategic recommendations on configuration for desired functionality
• Support and be the SME on SuccessFactors BizX jobs. These are jobs that are scheduled to import data into SuccessFactors from various areas (ProWatch, User Files, Org Chart)
• Develop and participate in Testing Lifecycle in 2 SuccessFactors landscapes (Sandbox, Stage)
• Support and maintain System Admin procedures and activities for SuccessFactors changes

Cloud Administrator

• Privileges from an SAP Marketplace perspective
• Run SAP Audit Report
• Run SAP Service Reports (licenses, outages tracking)

• Cloud Administrator
