Job Description
As a senior quality assurance analyst on the Claims IT Mainframe Support team, you’ll ensure our systems and services function properly. By creating tests that model various business scenarios, you’ll expose risk and use your analytical skills to reduce redundancies in our testing efforts. Additionally, you’ll be provided with the opportunity to guide and mentor peer analysts.

Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology discipline or other related field of study and a minimum of four years of work experience analyzing, testing and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing. Experience must include planning, analyzing and executing testing of multiple applications with significant size, scope and complexity (e.g., Sales, Servicing, Billing Applications)
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience analyzing, testing and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing, may be accepted. Experience must include planning, analyzing and executing testing of multiple applications with significant size, scope and complexity (e.g., Sales, Servicing, Billing Applications)
Preferred skills
- In-depth knowledge of common testing methods, tools (e.g., Black Box), terminology and industry practices with proven ability to assess implications of proposed system changes. Mainframe testing experience a plus.
- Knowledge of data structures, data management practices, system interaction patterns and interfaces
- Advanced knowledge using software packages or tools for processing or displaying data (e.g., Excel, SQL Queries)
- Ability to consult, collaborate, influence and present to a variety of audiences
- Organizational skills with ability to work in a team-oriented, agile environment
Compensation
- $75,150 - $97,240/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
