Country Manager
Grow revenue and mindshare within the Singapore and Indochina enterprise business. Nurture the team across the region and oversee both direct and indirect businesses.
Essential Job Responsibilities
• The primary role and responsibility is to drive country growth through direct and
partner sales and profitability.
• Manage and also be responsible for assigned regional coverage through executed
account plans for enterprise market and channel sales market coverage to meet
assigned quota.
• Establish and maintain positive & proactive relationships with internal and external
stakeholders, including partner sales, management, marketing, and other corporate
functions, to gain mindshare and drive sales activity.
• Create and execute partner strategic business planning, align business strategies,
and develop account specific attack plans to maximize opportunity.
• Work in conjunction with the partner and the SE team to create development and
training plans to ensure sales team and partner readiness, technical capabilities, and
Wi-Fi sales acumen.
• Regular cross function collaboration with other job functions, including Regional
Sales Managers, Field SE organization, Product Marketing, Product Management,
Training/Certifications, Corporate Marketing, etc.
• Keep current with product release information including sales materials, product
roadmap, features, applications, and competition to disseminate to partners as
appropriate.
• Create and analyze sales reports, identify issues contributing to success or
shortcomings and take any corrective action.
Qualifications
Requirements
• This position requires a driven individual displaying strong leadership and self-
motivation, minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Solid presentation, organizational, and communication skills are critical to success
and are must for the position.
• The ideal candidate will possess advanced computer networking knowledge.
• Forty percent business travel is the base expectation for successful territory
development.
