The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for developing/maintaining marketing processes and infrastructure to guide and support the demand generation teams at "Client". The role will work with the regional marketing organisation and business development hub to drive operational efficiencies and effectiveness.


This is a strategic role that will help drive effective marketing planning and measurement processes as well as deliver standardized reports based on clearly set KPIs and metrics. The Marketing Operations Manager will also help set-up and run regular regional demand generation reviews utilizing insights based on marketing analytics. Hands-on working experience with CRM Systems (salesforce.com, Siebel etc) and campaign management tools (Marketo, Eloqua etc) is essential.

The role will work with the APAC marketing head to implement a scalable marketing infrastructure including: standardized campaign planning/budgeting templates, customer database management framework (ensure volume and quality of data is consistent with global standards), budget and ROI tracking, maintaining operational discipline in marketing planning and execution, lead management and reporting (influx, distribution and status of leads), marketing/hub campaign performance measurement and reporting, integration with finance on compliance and reporting, quarterly marketing and hub performance reviews. This role will also work with the global marketing operations team to roll-out systems and processes as may be required from time to time.

  • Provide periodical regional analytical reports on the influx, distribution and status of leads
  • Provide analytical reports that measure their campaign performances to the regional marketing teams and the hub
  • Provide regular analysis on marketing effectiveness KPIs (e.g ROI, campaign performance etc)
  • Ensure that client campaign/program/activity details are captured accurately for marketing analysis purposes.
  • Understand and articulate targeting and segmentation strategies to drive higher program response rates and more relevant communications to end-users.
  • Partners with other "Client" departments and external vendors to deliver quality and timely services.
  • Utilizes global CRM and eMarketing systems and supports adherence to defined processes.
  • Ensures that team members have the training required to effectively utilize tools and adhere to process and established practices.
  • Takes a leadership role in identifying clients who need assistance using standard tools (e.g Marketo)
  • Leads strategic and tactical projects that support corporate global E-Marketing systems.
  • Conduct Regular update sessions for the regional teams
  • Support in the creation and maintenance of regional campaigns and campaign members for the regional marketing teams and the ISR/BDR hub
  • Educate regional teams on newly implemented processes and system changes
  • Be the APAC representative on the global marketing operations team and provide regional input to better define APAC requirements
  • Regulate and ensure that the quality of data fed into CRM systems comply with global standards
  • Execute regional data requests using DemandTools and People Import (imports, updates, cleanses, reduplication, transfers, etc)
  • Prequalify regional data vendors prior to any data purchases
