Job Description
The Insider Sales Manager (ISM) will, together with an Account Manager, will manage inside sales for Enterprise Accounts. The ISM manages the sales process throughout the sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations over the web, sales engineering assistance, account management, writing proposals, and closing business. This is a high impact and quota-carrying position. Manage Thailand accounts from Singapore,
1) Represent the company product suite in customer accounts of all sizes and industries.
2) Meet and exceed direct sales goals within assigned geographic territory, Thailand + others region
3) Manage all aspects of the sales process including lead generation, qualification, evaluation, close and account care.
4) Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales potential with the ability to move a large number of transaction simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
5) Manage and track customer and transactional information into web-based system; logging all sales activity within the established processes; keeping customer account current and accurate.
6) Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering.
7) Provide product demonstration to prospects.
8) Work effectively within a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success.
Qualifications
1) 2-5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in high volume, transactional sales of technology or services.
2) Have a desire, even an obsession, to bring / expand customers into the product franchise and maximize revenue.
3) Have the ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline with a proven track record of handling and closing a large number of transactions simultaneously
4) A Go-Getter and is willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
5) Experience in a technical role (product support or training) a plus. Educated to university degree level with a technical or business focus preferred.
6) Believe in the product , a person who believe that the company product will become one of the most important technology companies in the world, you want to be a contributing member of a winning sales team, and you want to have fun all the way
7) Have effective Communication skills, able to be clear and persuasive in verbal and written English and Thai communications with highly effective use of email and telephone.
