Job Description
The Professional Services Consultant is a member of our consulting group that delivers configurable solutions to our end user customers and partners. The Professional Services Consultant is represented to our Partners and End Users as being the subject matter expert in the configuration and customization of all "the company Data Capture" products.
The Professional Services Consultant must be able to:
- Deliver "the company" solutions to customer based on requirements document
- Provide technical leadership to customer on "The Company"solution as configured to the customer’s requirements
- Work closely with project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Function as the "The Company" subject matter expert when onsite at the customer’s location
- Work independently in developing a solution per the customer’s requirements
- Document all customer-specific configurations
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 4+Yr customer facing experience
- Consultancy experience with data capture Technology or equivalent
- Development experience with .NET
Required Experience
- 5+ years of Professional Services Experience
Additional Information
Good to have
- Financial service industry experience is a plus
- Enterprise content management experience is a plus
- BPM experience is a plus
