Job Description
The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in developing and expanding the our client's footprint in the ASEAN market and significantly contribute to achieving the business and revenue targets for the ASEAN team.
Independently identify and acquire new customers, as well as up sell to existing customer base across ASEAN and exceed all business and revenue targets
Manage the designated sector as a business; incorporating customers, prospects, partners, marketing and Industry Forums as well as managing internal support team from Partner, Marketing and Alliance
Target key players in the market segment to ensure strong referencability - Engage successfully with major accounts across ASEAN
In conjunction and strong collaboration with pre-sales, deliver successful “Proof of Concepts” events
Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure
Build up a sustainable and robust pipeline quarter by quarter and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning
Participate and act as spokesperson in trade show events, workshops and seminars as appropriate for the segment
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Mandarin and or other second language skills desirable
Proven experience of consistently over achieving in software solutions sales to large and mid-size companies
Demonstrable experience calling on and selling to senior decision makers – in both business and IT Successful track record across ASEAN.
Solid and credible relationships with key decision makers in respective market
Ability to qualify and prioritize prospects, and generate opportunities through prospecting, networking and relationship building
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills
Ability to thrive in a fast moving environment
Mobility 30 - 40% of travel time required
