Job Description

As "My Client" Senior Marketing Manager, Asia-Pacific, you will be responsible to plan and execute marketing campaigns, events and online activities. 

The successful candidate, based in the Singapore office, will be able to demonstrate a successful history in a marketing role for a software company with responsibilities for programs that reach new customers, and expanding customer retention and revenue growth within the existing customer base.


Communications and Teamwork

Drive communications, newsletters, and updates. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure good communication and teamwork.

Work with Regional Field & Global Marketing teams, Business Systems, IT, and Sales to deploy effective campaigns.

Marketing

Campaign creation and delivery of content created centrally using Eloqua, SalesForce, Wrike and project management or similar tools

E-mail management: audience segmentation, development and distribution of content, metrics and reporting

Database: Maintain the integrity and effectiveness of our database by cleaning, importing, and appending data. Understand the best ways to segment and leverage this asset to provide more effective campaigns, better lead management, and stellar analytics.

Joint-Partner Marketing: Plan partner marketing programs, working with channel on joint activities

Best Practices: Stay abreast of marketing best practices in all of the above topics and provide strategic input on how to incrementally improve each one.

Lead Generation: Working with the sale team to develop local demand and lead generation programs, communications, as well as account-specific marketing activities including digital marketing. Implement and measure marketing programs for customers of all levels.

Management: Understand and enhance the systems that manage, qualify, and score prospects


Events

Ensure success of events from branding and lead generation perspective as well as drive the development and execution of "My Client's" field events in local markets.

Field and Tradeshow event planning and management: campaign setup, invitation management, logistics, follow up, reporting

Represent "My Client's" outside of the office by attending external events

Customer event management: help plan and manage annual customer conference and facilitate local user groups

Webinar campaigns development – programme set up and vertical content development


Results

You’ll use tools like Salesforce, Eloqua to analyze lead flow, wins, and references while constantly exploring and testing new ways to drive more leads and more conversions. You’ll also use these tools to analyse site, campaign, and email traffic, as well as build and maintain KPI and closed loop marketing reports and dashboards.


Who you are...

Fluent written and spoken English. Other languages a plus

Talent: Smart, hard working, achievement oriented. Passion for great work. Creative with a solutions orientation.

Knowledge: Marketing undergraduate degree, Knowledge of Eloqua, SFDC. Awareness of worldwide business practices and experience building/successfully managing channel programs.

Experience: Comfortable working in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment, and with different cultures and time zones. Minimum of 5-7 years marketing experience with a US headquartered technology company. Specific work experience in the Enterprise software market is desirable.

In managing and executing B2B direct marketing customer lead generation and acquisition programs.

Executing e-mail, database, and online marketing programs with familiarity with local country legislation and online communication best practices.

Working with and managing external vendor/partner relationships. Strong negotiation skills with vendors emphasizing that they ensure the highest quality and on-time delivery.

Managing and delivering webinars and face-to-face live presentations.

Working on joint marketing programs with channel partners.

Skill: Great written and verbal communication skills. Budget management, detail oriented, and technology savvy.
