POSITION SUMMARY:

The Partner Enablement Solution Architect is responsible for the technical recruitment, on-boarding and enablement of new partners. In addition the role is the primary strategic technical contact for existing partners providing on-going technical enablement events to maintain and develop technical standards within all contracted partner organizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

  • Technical enablement of new partners in accordance with the Technical Enablement Program (TEP) - 40%
  • Partner recruitment support and on-boarding in conjunction with Partner Managers - 20%
  • Strategic technical central point of contact for the highest technical levels within the partner organizations. - 20%
  • Develop and maintain the TEP together with peers in other regions - 10%
  • Administration, education and any other responsibilities as required by the company. - 10%

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor equivalent mandatory
  • Master equivalent preferable
  • Database / security / software engineering qualification may be advantageous

 

Languages

  • Business level English mandatory


Experience (technical, commercial, industry / product / functional expertise, etc.)

  • Strong BI background with ability to solve problems in a BI environment
  • Successful enterprise-type software implementation and priceless experience in enterprise organizations
  • Hands on experience with relational/dimensional database and data modelling
  • Experience in managing existing as well as prospective partners both on and off site
  • Relevant competitive knowledge is advantageous
  • Architecture – IT Infrastructure, security, MSCE experience/knowledge
  • 3rd party software knowledge eg SAP, Siebel, SalesForce.com
  • Ability in SQL, VBS, VBA, JS, Web technologies
