Advise researchers, inventors, and management on patentability and IP protection strategies.

Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications domestically and internationally.

Conduct patent searches, freedom-to-operate analyses, and due diligence.

Manage IP litigation, disputes, and negotiations with third parties.

Ensure compliance with intellectual property laws and regulations.

Support licensing, technology transfer, and commercialization of patents.

Draft and review contracts related to IP (licensing agreements, NDAs, research collaborations).

Provide training and awareness sessions on IP rights for staff and partners.

Collaborate with R&D and business development teams to align IP strategies with organizational goals

Recommend improvements to optimize financial efficiency and accuracy.

Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or equivalent).

Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law preferred.

Knowledge in Patent law, Intellectual property rights, Patent litigation, and dispute resolution procedures.
