We are looking for a talented and motivated Project Manager with a proven track record of at least 3 years in the Tech market. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing key projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, scope definition, and resource allocation
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Track project performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and timely updates
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining high-quality standards
• Continuously improve project management processes and best practices

• Bachelor's degree; PMP certification is a plus
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Tech with a minimum of 3 years
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
