We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer to contribute across the full design lifecycle, from user research and testing to delivering high-fidelity UI assets. You’ll play a vital role in supporting focus groups, analysing user behaviour, and creating structured deliverables, while also ensuring design files are clear, consistent, and ready for implementation by the development team.

Key Responsibilities:
 • Support in planning and conducting user interviews, focus groups, and usability testing
 • Analyse research findings and help map user behaviours, pain points, and needs
 • Create UX documentation: personas, journey maps, competitive audits, and reports
 • Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and polished UI using Figma
 • Ensure design files follow a clear structure with reusable components and developer notes
 • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
 • Maintain visual and functional consistency across the product through a scalable design system
 • Deliver professional-grade design handoffs that meet performance, accessibility, and brand standards
