Core Flexible Support Worker

Core Flexible Support Worker roles are very similar to a flexible support worker but being a ‘core’ member of staff, this allows some consistency. CFSW's will be based in one particular home but will have the opportunity to work in different settings, with young people in their own home and also the community.

• Care and support for adults, young adults & children with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours
• Weekend, bank holiday & unsociable working hours
• Must hold or be willing to achieve QCF Level 3 Health & Social care or equivalent
• Primarily based within homes but may need to be flexible to cover within the HUB community
• Role led by Team Leaders and Managers
• Must hold or working towards QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care or equiv. within a year
• Waking Night shifts
