ProGineer Technologies is a leading outsourcing company that provides a multitude of Software Services spanning the complete software development cycle.

Design and develop C++ and C software programs for new ASICs. Troubleshoot
software issues. Develop software in the real-time operating systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify API’s to implement ASIC functions
• Integrate existing APIs and rewrite code to fit into existing SDK structures
• Develop initialization and test procedures to verify ASIC operation and manage the transition of the ASIC into a production environment.
• Review and evaluate designs of APIs and suggest improvements.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff members.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Typically, 4-10 years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Extensive experience with multiple software systems design tools and languages: C, C++ and Python are a must.
• TCL experience is a plus
• Experience working with Emulator and Simulator environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – think outside the box.
• Experience in overall architecture of software systems: Linux kernel drivers
• Design and integrate software systems running on multiple platforms into overall architecture.
• Evaluate forms and process for software systems testing and methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.
• Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels.
