Job Description

  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customers' technical issues.
  • Document solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge through the CRM system. 
  • Manage escalations and work with Software development teams to resolve them.
  • Customer Oriented.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge with SQL. Practical experience with Oracle is an advantage.
  • Intermediate knowledge in working with Linux Bash shell. Practical experience in editing/searching text data files in a Linux shell environment is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in AWS.
  • Basic knowledge in configuring Windows servers. Practical experience in configuring LDAP, SMTP, and Windows Services is an advantage.
  • Any Linux scripting experience is considered a big advantage.
  • Knowledge in Centric Software cloud-based solutions is a big advantage.
  • Fluency in English is a must. All customer interactions are in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Very good troubleshooting skills.
