Job Description

Coordinate sub-rental requirements and support the OPS Team and Account Mangers by ensuring the location, pick-up, delivery and return of sub-rentals in a timely fashion and most economical manner.

Primary Responsibilities

• Tracks and manages Sub-Rental Orders.
• Tracks and manages Order Extensions.
• Tracks and manages All Missing Equipment reports and billings.
• Manages all damaged gear claims and billings.
• Tracks and manages all Sub-rental returns.
• Ensures that Check-in process, damaged equipment and order extension process are maintained.
• Ensures that “In Transit” of transfers is updated and accurate daily.
• Ensures up-to-date filing system.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Analytical with excellent written, verbal and telephone communications skills.
• MS Office with Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong customer service experience (internal and external “customers”); ability to work and/or within a team.
• Ability to be actively moving throughout the entire workday.
• Solid organizational skills.
• Ability to run crews of up to10 people.
• Positive Attitude.
