Job Description
We’re looking for an Industry Partner Manager to join Procore’s Industry Partner & Field Events team in our Marketing department. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting and growing Procore’s relationships with Industry Associations and Alliances specifically focused within the Construction Private and Public Sector Owner space. You will oversee in-person strategy through events and field marketing in association with existing and new partners as well as other key Industry 3rd party events crucial to the Owners market.
As an Industry Partner Manager, you’ll integrate with Campaigns, Exec Experiences, and Revenue teams to to proactively devise strategy for and execute in-person engagement strategy leveraging partners and key Industry 3rd party events. Use your strong business development, field marketing, and executive communication skills to drive meaningful engagement with the Owners market influencing and generating pipeline with specific Private and Public Sector Owner personas. This position reports Director, Industry Partners & Field Events and will be based in the US remotely or in our Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Design and augment custom contractual agreements positioning Procore as a preferred partner with tight alignment to business objectives
Establish and grow relationships with stakeholders throughout partner organizations to increase buy-in and investment in the Procore relationship
Develop omni-channel field marketing plans to increase Brand awareness and perception while simultaneously managing turnkey execution of activations directly with and through marketing counterparts
Manage day-to-day partner and field marketing relations and field requests from partners as well as internal stakeholders
Collect and categorize Industry-based knowledge and work closely with campaigns teams to deliver important Industry insights for the business
Regularly engage at industry association and 3rd party events to represent Procore and the value of our partnership
Present or speak on the value of the Procore partnership to our target markets connecting important Industry knowledge with product value propositions
Evangelize the partnership joint value proposition with marketing, sales and customer success teams to ensure awareness and collaboration
What we’re looking for:
6+ years of field marketing or business development experience at a SaaS or technology company
Past construction industry Owner experience is a plus, but not required
Proven exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong executive presence and public speaking skills
Self-starter that will proactively move priorities forward with minimal supervision
Excellent prioritization and time management skills
Commitment to excellence, high integrity, high energy, and a team player
Ability to quickly and thoroughly gain an understanding of the construction technology ecosystem
Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and Slack
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $129,600 - $178,200. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
