Job Description

We are looking for a Vice President of Digital Marketing to join Procore’s Marketing Leadership Team. This leader is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content and website experience to drive customer reach & engagement that ultimately drives long-term efficient revenue growth. The VP of Marketing collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including global integrated marketing, brand, communications, product marketing, analytics, and others to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

This position reports into the Chief Marketing Officer and has the opportunity to be based in one of our US office locations or work remotely from any US location. We are looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team focused on improving the lives of everyone in construction through educational content, community and web experiences

  • Develop and implement a high-impact content, SEO, and community strategy that reaches and engages existing and potential customers 

  • Develop and execute a prioritized roadmap that results in a world class website experience on Procore.com

  • Utilize A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and analytics to enhance marketing performance from digital channels

  • Leverage data analytics, AI, and marketing automation tools to optimize content creation, workflows, SEO and reporting 

  • Monitor and analyze key website, SEO, and funnel metrics performance to drive continuous improvement and communicate team performance

  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, technologies, and competitive strategies

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team

  • Foster collaboration between our marketing, sales, product marketing, analytics, and marketing operations teams to achieve team, marketing, and broader company objectives

  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives as needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field–or equivalent experience

  • 15+ years of experience in digital and analytical marketing, with at least 10 years in a leadership role

  • Expertise in SEO, content marketing, website management , marketing analytics, email marketing, CRM, content marketing, and demand generation

  • Experience with MarTech tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation

  • Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of marketing metrics and performance analysis

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $247,200 - $339,900. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
