Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. We’re a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design and data, security and business systems. 

In this Product Manager role, you’ll work with customers to understand industry challenges and prioritize problems to solve. You’ll partner with design and engineering to build useful and delightful platform features to enhance Procore’s solution lines. Use your discovery, prioritization and communication skills to ensure we’re building the most important features, and moving them through the development lifecycle efficiently.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with a Principal Product Manager, Designers and Engineers to create powerful capabilities in our platform to help our customers manage their construction projects 

  • Develop a deep understanding of our strategy; evangelize the product vision across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in

  • Work closely with customers (talk to 20+ customers a month) and go-to-market teams to think beyond software and deliver a whole solution

  • Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decision-making process

  • Become well-versed in the construction industry and its diverse collaboration challenges to guide and communicate the value you’re creating for our customers

What we’re looking for: 

  • 3+ years of experience in an enterprise SaaS Product Management role 

  • History of customer-centered problem solving

  • Strong analysis and synthesis skills, demonstrating the ability to break down problems into components that are then structured into systemic solutions

  • Excellent listening and communication skills

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $134,800 - $185,350. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
