We are looking for an AI Developer for our Employee Digital Experience team who will be responsible for developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions to address complex business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy AI models and systems that drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency.

What you’ll do: 

• Implementation AI projects, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.

• Conduct research to identify and apply state-of-the-art AI techniques and algorithms to solve business problems effectively.

• Design and develop machine learning models, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing algorithms.

• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and applications.

• Evaluate the performance of AI models and optimize them for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance product offerings.

What we’re looking for:

1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:

• Proficiency in machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.

• Hands-on experience ChatGPT or Azure Cognitive Services

• Strong skills in Python, Java, Langchain, Chroma DB, Pinecone With the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven track record of delivering AI projects from inception to production in a fast-paced environment.

2)  Minimum certifications/educational level:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3)  Minimum experience:

• 5+ years of experience in AI development, with a focus on machine learning and deep learning.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in real-world applications.
