We're looking for an analytical, data-driven Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to join our revenue operations team. You'll work to further our mission of improving the lives of everyone in construction through a growing suite of fintech products.

As a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be a member of the revenue operations team and help drive the force that empowers the organization to make data-driven decisions. You will work directly with Sales, Enablement, Growth Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and cross-functionally with various levels of the organization. Often, the requests will have incomplete information, and the next steps will be ambiguous, but providing clarity motivates you. To be a successful Senior Revenue Operations Specialist, you must be an innovator with a proven ability to support our sellers, maintain high data hygiene standards, and administrate important systems key to our go-to-market success.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement processes and revenue programs such as outbound sprints, territory planning, and quota setting
  • User creation/management with role and profile configuration
  • Utilize flows and process builder to set up key automations
  • Property creation across all objects and mapping to integrated systems
  • Integration management with Hubspot, Outreach, Demandbase, and other 3rd party tools
  • Reporting and dashboard development to support sales leaders, and other stakeholders
  • Lead routing and LeanData administration
  • Troubleshooting and ticket support
  • Document and maintain a consistent audit of key processes and procedures
  • Partner with the marketing operations team to ensure a smooth post-marketing hand-off
  • Co-administer Outreach and assist the sellers with key functions such as sequence creation, dispositions, reporting, and other ad hoc requests

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations experience, preferably with a SaaS company
  • Expertise in MS Office and Google Suite productivity tools (especially Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and MS Excel),, Sales Enablement tools (especially Salesloft, Outreach), Marketing Automation, and other sales tools
  • A team player, fast learner, highly collaborative, and empathetic
  • Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to address operational issues alongside your team
  • Someone with the ability to navigate and understand the big picture and interconnectedness of processes and systems, and equally excited to dive deeply into specific subjects and detailed processes
