Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Manager, Internal Tools to help Procore vastly scale customizable solutions for new markets and customer segments. In this role you’ll take the product management framework applicable for external customers and apply them to internal business users. This process has two very direct benefits: a) business efficiency increases and b) new products are conceived. This role will shift our internal tools from output focussed to outcome driven for business stakeholders.

Procore is leading the market with our SaaS construction platform. This position will report to the Director of Product, Lien Rights Management (LRM) and has the opportunity to work remotely from a US location or in our Carpinteria, CA or Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.


What you’ll do: 

  • Be the visionary and owner for our internal products to solve problems that make our business efficient, drive further innovation, and gain competitive edge

  • Optimize and grow internal provisioning, entitlements, and billing platform that enables enterprise sales

  • Evangelize and rethink our research products to support a key revenue generating requirement for our enterprise customer base

  • Become well-versed in the construction industry and its diverse challenges to guide and communicate the value you’re creating for our customers

  • Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decision-making process

  • Think beyond software for the whole solution by collaborating closely with customers and go-to-market teams


What we’re looking for: 

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience at a software company

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience with an emphasis on provisioning, subscriptions, and billing, as well as the connection to relevant financial systems

  • Experience collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams in an agile software development environment

  • Experience overseeing a product from idea to launch, including discovery, business opportunity assessment, agile development, and go-to-market

  • Ability to effectively communicate trade-offs for decisions through strong written and verbal skills

  • Strong analysis and synthesis skills, demonstrating the ability to break down problems into components structured into platform-first solutions

  • Strong listening skills; Product Management is equally about inquiring as it is advocating
