About the Role

Join us as an Install Base Account Executive and be instrumental in helping achieve our vision to change behavior and revolutionize payment in the gigantic and increasingly tech-savvy construction industry.

As an Install Base Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to serve our thousands of subscription customers. Many of these companies are ideal for Levelset’s newest subscription products, but it takes a skilled Install Base Account Executive to introduce that customer to the right set of new services and demonstrate the value of these additional products. In this role, you will focus exclusively on existing subscription customers. Your goal is to educate them about Levelset's newest services and maximize their Levelset experience by upgrading their accounts or adding additional services.

This role reports to the Sales Manager and can be based in New Orleans, LA. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Communicate with existing Levelset customers and help them grow the success of the software inside their organization

  • Work with our Customer Success team to identify upgrade opportunities in existing subscriptions

  • Close multiple deals per month

  • Train clients on best practices, tips, and tricks or new features

  • Perform product demos via screen share through Zoom

  • Learn a proven SaaS sales process and methodology

  • Leverage Salesforce.com to execute plays against your account base

  • Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources
