Product Marketing Manager - Germany

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager, majoring in Audience and Solutions Marketing, to join Procore’s growing EMEA Marketing team in Germany. As our first in-country Product Marketer, you’ll help shape Procore’s go-to-market in the region from the ground up. You’ll dive deep into our target market, speaking to customers and prospects, digesting market intelligence and research, and becoming an expert in the construction industry.
This role reports to our Marketing Director, EMEA and will be based remotely in Germany. Travel will be required, specifically within the territory and to a Procore office, when borders reopen and travel safety improves. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
While this position is located in Germany, your recruiting process and day-to-day interactions with Procorians will primarily be in English.
What you’ll do:
Be the voice of Procore’s customers in Germany and the regional audience expert for German construction and construction technology to the rest of the Procore business
Work closely with the EMEA Campaigns Team to develop effective campaigns by providing clear audience segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging
Provide the Germany Sales team with talk tracks, content, and assets they need to convert prospects into customers effectively
Enable internal and external stakeholders, such as PR agencies, content creators, and creative agencies with messaging guidance
Partner with your colleagues in the Global Product and Solutions Marketing team to identify product/solution requirements for the German market, localise product content and own the local product release roadmap regarding prioritisation and messaging
Where necessary, be ready to contribute written content including case studies, email templates, blogs, articles, website, and other supporting documentation
Continuously monitor sales funnel metrics to identify where and why we are winning and losing and how to improve conversion rates
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
7+ years of SaaS/B2B/high-tech marketing experience
Ability to work in Germany
Written and oral fluency in German and English
Experience performing a Product Marketing or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in a B2B industry, SaaS/technology business is desirable
