Job Description

  • Work closely with the IAM Solution Manager to help drive the client’s vision, strategy and roadmap for identity and access management. 
  • Work closely with Global Security Services to further define and enforce Access Control policies and application authentication / authorization policies such as session management, multi-factor authentication, audit, reporting and compliance. 
  • Help drive and evaluate technology solutions to ensure the client is on the forefront of enterprise security. 
  • Be an active leader and drive the enterprise adoption of IAM products as appropriate. 
  • Guide the implementation and development for IAM. 
  • Own and drive the IAM technology and operations project portfolio including schedules, dependency management, risk management, communication plans for upgrades, patches, new features, etc. 
  • As the IAM single point of contact, work closely with the IT Strategic Technology Partners to evaluate new application integration requests from our business partners. 
  • Drive and coordinate technology or application POCs as appropriate. 
  • Drive cross functional efforts across multiple locations / geos 
  • Provide IAM development expertise for integration of new applications and development of new custom features. 
  • Provide IAM administration support for policy updates of ongoing application development as appropriate. 
  • Make recommendations for improvements to existing infrastructure and application deployments.

Qualifications

This role requires someone with a minimum of 5 years as an Oracle IAM developer or lead developing and deploying solutions for large scale Identity and Access Management technologies. Two of those years should be on Oracle 11g R2. 

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working with Identity Federation services with Oracle OAM / OIF, including in depth troubleshooting techniques. 
  • BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree. 
  • Must have expert knowledge with Identity Federation and well versed in SAML 2.0. 
  • Must be strong in core Java including design principles and best practices. 
  • An understanding of network computing, performance, concepts and current practices. 
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to work across a broad range of technologies to deliver complex solutions 
  • Ability to articulate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  • Ability to compose and present material to communicate difficult concepts and gain consensus 
  • Effective time management skills demonstrated by successful and timely completion of projects 
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication is a must. 


Preferred: 

  • Agile experience with Scrum 
  • Advanced security certifications
