Job Description

Are you passionate about developing and implementing repeatable and easily trainable programs for customers who are working within HubSpot? Are you eager to drive new strategy development for existing and new business lines and growth initiatives? Process Pro Consulting is seeking a consultant who is a subject matter expert in HubSpot and well-versed in leading the technical design and development of programs for our business, confidently executing and implementing those programs across our customers, and coaching team members through the creation of process documentation, training sessions, or Loom video walkthroughs. 

You should feel comfortable directing the build-out of our program development knowledge base, spearheading those initiatives with senior and executive leadership, continually evaluating and optimizing programs, and being responsible for the management of target milestones and end-goal deliverables. 

Additionally, this role requires direct experience managing customer accounts and successfully implementing programs; a passion for and deep knowledge of HubSpot, and other CRM/marketing automation software,  and an understanding of implementing and optimizing third-party software tools.


How You’ll Contribute 

Internal (60% focus) 

  • Help build out Process Pro’s technical program development, business lines, growth initiatives, and key service offerings
  • Create and manage the internal knowledge base for the delivery team
  • Create, manage, and train the team by creating guides on Process Pro’s services and solutions; updating templates, documents, guides, playbooks, and our Knowledge Base
  • Be an expert on Process Pro’s services and solutions
  • Be a resident expert on HubSpot (and other marketing automation tools) 
  • Support the team with trainings, working sessions, Loom video walkthroughs, and process documentation as you build out our program development and rollout within the business

External (40% focus) 

  • Implement programs across our customers 
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of our customers and offerings, consolidating customer feedback from our Senior Consultants and effectively making updates to our Knowledge Base and program development solutions 
  • Support and management of 2-3 small-to-medium-sized customer accounts, devising strategic solutions to complex issues that arise, and helping to implement our offerings

What You’ll Need 

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer or people-facing role, such as customer support, account management, or customer experience
  • 5+ years of experience developing services and technical program development for a large agency 
  • Proven ability to develop programs and successfully implement them for customers and team
  • A love and deep understanding of HubSpot (Salesforce, other marketing automation tools) 
  • An ideal candidate is comfortable handling the day-to-day challenges as well as ambiguity from time to time
  • Comfort in being a leader and working autonomously and independently, while also understanding how to work and brainstorm with leadership and other team members 
  • Strong understanding of B2B SMBs (preferably in SaaS)
  • Comfort in working with early-stage companies and a deep understanding of the specific challenges they face
  • Expert knowledge and experience executing multi-channel strategies, along with a strong grasp of the sales and marketing lifecycles 
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing operations and marketing technology
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining strong relationships with our customer accounts and contacts

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 (DOE)
