The role of Vendor Management Coordinator has become available for immediate filling.

The ideal candidate will be accountable for the following:

1. Developing and managing Operational Level Agreement of all internal and business operational teams;
2. Developing and managing all Service Level Management agreement for the business and vendors;
3. Vendor performance and compliance management for effective delivery of services;
4. Providing advice and guidance to all other areas of the business and IT on all Service level and vendor performance related issues;
5. Ensuring that service performance achievements meet or exceed all of their agreed performance targets, by managing the performance and deliveries of vendors and partners;
6. Coordinating weekly and monthly vendor performance meetings and follow-ups;
7. Developing, measuring and reporting on vendor performance;
8. Developing, Measuring and Service level management for all IT services;
9. Reporting on all Service Level measurements;
10. Producing ad-hoc resource usage reports and analysis;
11. Identifying service level risks in time to avoid service interruption or degradation.

1. First degree in Computer Science or IT related fields
2. ITIL3/4 Foundation Certificate
3. Minimum of 2 years’ experience on management of SLA & OLA in a medium/large size organization;
4. Minimum of 1 year of Vendor performance management experience
5. Minimum of 1 year in customer experience management
