The Senior Business Analyst will work directly with the client project stakeholders and perform activities such as identifying and modeling process requirements, creating user stories from business requirements, identifying and modeling data requirements, defining business rules, producing mockups, and being the primary functional liaison to the technical development team.

The projected compensation range for this position is $110K to $135K (annualized USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.

Required Skills

• At least 6 years of experience as a business or systems analyst on IT systems development projects
• Experience working under an Agile Scrum methodology
• Experience facilitating business requirements gathering and definition
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience working on consulting engagements with direct customer facing interaction
• US Citizenship
• Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner
• Experience working with Federal Government customers
• Active federal government public trust clearance
