Job Description

ProSource360 Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide support for the 711th Human Performance Wing (711 HPW), headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio, is the first human-centric warfare wing to consolidate human performance research, education and consultation under a single organization.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will provide professional project management expertise to

support day to day operations within the DHP Human Performance Research Portfolio.

He/She/They must be able to apply project management principles and expertise to

guide and execute multiple projects through the various steps of the project life cycle, as well as assist in analyzing management problems and providing advice and insight about the probable effects of alternative solutions to these problems.  The Project Manager will pull and verify data in financial reports from CCAR to track research and studies and analysis project obligation and expenditure rates.  In addition, will pull and verify data from Research and Development (R&D) contracts and monthly reports to track the progression of research multiple studies and analyze project activity thru product delivery.  Additional tasks:

 

·         Be familiar with standard project management concepts and practices; and demonstrate implementation of this expertise in the field and/or real world

scenarios.

·         Implement business and project management processes and complete actions/tasks to support research planning, assessment, and execution.

·         Ability to access and interface with multiple databases and/or datasets of information, to ensure appropriate research project assessments and reporting feeds are available and incorporated into project management products.

·         Possess excellent writing and presentation skills, including the ability to conduct literature and policy reviews to support recommendations and/or implementation.

·         Possess the following: organizational skills; the ability to achieve set goals; initiative in performing assigned tasks; ability to follow-up complex projects with influence, and integrity; and ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel within and outside of the organization.

·         Demonstrate expertise and proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office programs to include MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel to support the development and completion of products required for project management and reporting presented/delivered to Major Commands, higher level management officials and stakeholders as requested (Semi-Annual Reviews, Quarterly and Ad Hoc Status Reports, and Program Management Reviews).

Qualifications

 

Required

·         Minimum of three years of experience in Department of Defense Program/Project Management

·         Master’s Degree

·         Experience with DoD contracts and contracting processes.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

·         US Citizenship
