Job Description

ProSource360 Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Application Engineer III to support a federal program in Vienna, VA. This position will work supporting our $4.3 billion DOD Healthcare Management System Modernization (DHMSM) program, providing the modernization of Electronic Health Record (EHR) capabilities for the Department of Defense. Leidos, along with core partners Cerner, Accenture, and Henry Schein, will support the DHMSM Program Executive Office (PEO) and the Defense Health Agency in the global deployment of our proposed EHR system that will deliver improved system capability to the DoD whenever and wherever healthcare is required.

Responsibilities

• Works to achieve key project/program objectives and deliverables.

• Works on assigned RPA deliverables and their development.

• Provides analysis of processes for inclusion in RPA development.

• Responsible for entire projects or processes spanning multiple technical areas.

• Manages large projects or processes with moderate impact on the achievement of sub-family results.

• Develops solutions to complex technical issues and problems that impact multiple area or disciplines.

• Regularly employs ingenuity and creativity to develop new technical solutions and systems to achieve functional objectives.

• Communicates with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members.

• May communicate with parties external to the organization (e.g., sub-contractors, vendors, etc.).

• Works to influence project/team leaders regarding solution design, process and/or approaches.

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7 years of experience
  • Ability to obtain a security certification that meets DOD 8570 IAT level II or higher, such as Security+ CE or CISSP, within 60 days of start date.
  • Must have or able to obtain a T5 Level security clearance for ADP IT-I access
  • Experience with distributed version control software such as Git and Bitbucket.
  • Ability to obtain a security certification that meets DOD 8570 IAT level II or higher, such as Security+ CE or CISSP, within 60 days of start date
  • Fully Vaccinated

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience developing robotic process automation bots in Automation Anywhere and/or UiPath.

·         Experience with Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Confluence and Bitbucket.

·         Experience working remotely with a geographically dispersed team.

·         Full software lifecycle automation experience (design, development, test, deployment), including deployment to a production environment.

·         Web development experience using UI frameworks, such as React.

·         Experience designing, building and deploying DevOps pipelines with Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory and Ansible (or equivalent tools).

·         Experience designing and building automated software testing pipelines using Ansible, Selenium, JMeter, Junit and/or other applicable tools.

·         Experience developing software in a cloud-based containerized environment using Kubernetes and Docker.
