Job Description

ProSource360 Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Manager to provide hands-on technical support to manage and maintain the company’s Office 365 tenants and related technologies at the corporate headquarters in Washington DC. The IT Manager implements and maintains the policies and goals for the IT department to support the company's changing business needs. The successful candidate is well educated on how to enhance the company’s growing and changing cyber security posture.

Responsibilities

• Champion the adoption of Office 365 services as appropriate for our business • Monitor, detect, investigate, analyze, and respond to security events

• Protect systems from cybersecurity risks, threats, and vulnerabilities • Serve as the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) lead to ensure the company is in compliance with requirements of the required implementation and timeline

• Manage and monitor Office 365 services and desktop support (Laptops)

• Formulate and create Office 365 SharePoint sites for domain users and external client access • Administer and support Office 365 Azure and Exchange policies

• Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring • Assist with the migration of data into the Office 365 cloud platform and Office 365 SharePoint • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to cloud services

• Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services.

• Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation along with resolution

• Implements the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support. • Administer and support Office 365 and MS Exchange policies

• Participate in gathering and analysis of business requirements for software capabilities e.g. Jira • Implement latest technologies and 3rd party software solutions i.e. Jira, Adobe, Kanban, etc.

• Provide AV, Teleconferencing, Video Conferencing, etc. technical assistance • Administer and support system backup and disaster recovery processes

• Maintain inventory of equipment and software licenses

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience

• Progressive experience in a technical help desk or a customer service environment

• Office 365 administration experience

• Experience with Azure AD and Exchange

• Office 365 SharePoint Administrator experience

• Microsoft certifications a plus

• Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

• Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems

 

Desired skills:

• Knowledge of Office 365 SharePoint, Groups, Skype, Teams, Planner and Power BI

• Experience with Azure AD user management both for Office 365 and third-party services

• Experience supporting (100+) Office 365 users

• Strong understanding in managing multi-factor user authentication and security.
