ProSource360 Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the complex, $10B VA Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Program and Cerner Health IT Provider. The goal of the program is to assist the United States Department of Veterans Affairs replace its current electronic health record systems (EHR) with a commercial-off-the-shelf solution currently being deployed by the Department of Defense (DoD). Cerner Corporation is the contract recipient and will provide a single interoperable solution across VA and DoD to facilitate the secure transfer of active-duty service members’ health data as they transition to Veteran status. This modernization effort will create a lifetime of seamless care for service members and Veterans. 

With oversight by the Project Control Manager and Workstream Leads, the Data Analyst will support the project team members in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk. 

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on leadership in the development, maintenance, and/or tracking of Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and related dictionaries, the Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), Control Accounts, Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), change management process, work authorization process, subcontractor management, material control, cost collection, technical performance, integrated reporting, forecasting Estimates at Completion (EACs), and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide lead project management support focused on oversight of contractors. Assists in implementation of program goals, resource planning, monitoring and reporting progress.
• Managing processes for contractor onboarding, VA system access, and government furnished equipment (GFE).
• Provide complete oversight of program milestones to ensure contractor team is meeting those goals.
• Provide expertise/risk analysis to the team as required.
• Experience with contractor management in the VA or other government organization

Required Skills/ Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience.
• Experience with large-scale project management, including change and risk management
• Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office products, including MS Word and PowerPoint
• Experience in developing reports and presentations
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Experience with staff management
