Job Description

Summary:

ProSource360 is seeking a Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Program Analyst to perform CUI program management and support services for the National Science Foundation (NSF). The Program Analyst be responsible for providing technical, operational, and day-to-day administrative support, which includes review and analysis of applicable statutes, regulations, and policies, oversight, review, and enhancements to the NSF’s CUI Program.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct complex reviews and analysis of the NSF CUI program, to include review and analysis of CUI categories and applicable statutes, regulations, and policies.
  • Evaluate and provide conclusions and recommendations to integrate or improve program/project objectives.
  • Streamline operating procedures, reports, and systems to improve operations, achieve savings, and encourage long-range planning to ensure results.
  • Support development of business plans, policies, procedural documentation, and other deliverables in support of executing decisions.
  • Assist with program analysis and review, devising performance measures, related processes, and systems.
  • Provide quality control enhancements for all aspects of the CUI program.
  • Assist with the development and routine technical review and update of the CUI Self-Inspection maturity model, CUI Guidebook, Incident Management Plan.
  • Attend and lend CUI subject matter expertise in designated meetings and provide summaries, decision points, and take away actions for the NSF CUI program manager.
  • Provide program management presentations for CUI stakeholders and management officials.
  • Provide in-person CUI training and education.
  • Review, coordinate, develop, and analyze all CUI program information and materials including:

           o   NSF Academy CUI training-- on-line and in-person course materials.

           o   CUI program communications such as correspondence, newsletters, briefings,                    reports, policies, and guidance products.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in legal review, business process reengineering, performance management, statistical process control, individual and organizational assessment and evaluation, process modeling and simulation, strategic and business planning, change management, and organizational development.
  • Intermediate level experience leveraging Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools and systems to include Excel, Project, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint for forecasting, reporting, and tracking program/project milestones.
  • Minimum of four (4) years' experience in an administrative function with a focus on operations.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience providing program support to a federal government agency.
  •  Bachelor(s) Degree from an accredited college and University with degree concentration in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Science preferred, but not required.
