Job Description

As a Senior Sales Support Specialist for our healthcare IT client, you will model best practices for opportunity and forecast tracking within our client's sales tools as well as assist and/or lead the administration of sales pipeline trackers as well as ensure accuracy based upon client requests. You will serve as the central point of contact for entering opportunities into the forecasting system, supporting level-of-effort and pricing processes. This role will allow you to facilitate client assessments and follow-up as needed. In scope will be to contribute to sales managed events, perform a range of research, analysis, and logistical support to sales executives and provide support the proposal processes. You will build and maintain relationships with vendors or industry partners in assigned market segments and support new associate onboarding and mentoring.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 2 years of sales support work experience
  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen 

Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
  • Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City or District of Columbia area
