As a Consultant, you advise clients on workflows across service lines, and guide clients through interdependencies and design decision impacts. You will create a strategic plan with client to obtain value achievement across service line, identify workflow and process improvements, and make recommendations to client and project leadership.  You also drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and propose solution enhancements, workflow efficiencies and client relationship strategies. Be able to engage in the sales process to assist with accurate quoting of contractual scope and hours, and contribute to organizational initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience
• At least 4 years of software implementation work experience
• Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
• Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 years health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or support work experience
• Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Previous health care information technology experience

Expectations

• Willing to travel up to 40-50% as needed
• Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City Metropolitan Area or already live in a previously approved location
