ProArch a Microsoft Managed Partner (top 2%) and we are growing our Holographic & general AR / VR capabilities and we’re looking for seasoned veteran creators to join us. Our team works in tight collaboration with external consumer, enterprise, and commercial partners, crafting innovative solutions that leverage both the power of the HoloLens and the deep domain expertise of our many customers. We brainstorm exciting and ground-breaking experiences and quickly build working prototypes on top of developing tech. To deliver on our vision, we are looking to hire a Technical Lead to help guide a multi-discipline rapid prototyping team in the creation of transformative consumer and enterprise experiences and applications.

We need a candidate who wants to live at the intersection of technology and art, with the design and aesthetic skills to create and direct the highest visual quality, and the production and technical skills to make it so. A visual problem-solver with both quick, low-fi visualization skills and great attention to polish and detail, the Technical Lead is flexible across multiple visual styles, intuitively understanding the fundamentals of art and design through all phases of development, from concept through prototype and final assets. Ultimately, this person is the standard bearer for the studios artistic pipeline, leading their projects and peers into the next generations of interactive entertainment.

Candidate Qualifications:

•Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and collaboration skills

•Naturally collaborative, effective at supporting/partnering with others to implement and enhance their vision, while able to bring their own creative passion to the execution

•Self-motivated and comfortable dealing with the ambiguity, fast pace and often-shifting directions of V1 and incubation work

•HoloLens Development toolkit experience a plus

•Extensive experience building applications using Unity is required and prior experience with HoloLens is preferred

•Unity: 3-5 years

•C#: 5+ years

•Scrum/AgiIe: Previous experience working on agile teams

•Web Services: 5+ years consuming web services over HTTP in Unity

•HoloLens: 1-2 years preferred

•3D Modeling: 1-2 years

•CAD/BIM: 1-2 years

•3D Animation:1-2 years, 3D Art :1-2 years (optional)

•Virtual Reality development

•Augmented Reality development
