Job Description

The Senior Manager, Creative Marketing, will collaborate with the Physician Marketing team to develop and execute the design of sales, conference, and event marketing materials for print, digital, and web. This individual will be responsible for developing the design of the corporate website and also support of creative needs of teams across Privia, primarily Communications and People Operations. 

We are looking for a self-starter with marketing design experience and great attention to detail and accuracy. In addition to creative development, they must be able to efficiently manage their time and projects while effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the company in a professional manner. Flexibility, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are needed to succeed in our high-growth environment. 

Primary Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with the B2B, sales, business development, and corporate communications teams to impact company growth and brand awareness through the meticulous design and creative management of print and digital materials

  • Develop and execute strategy-informed designs across events, campaigns, digital content, public relations, social media, and other key marketing channels

  • Digital design support for products such as our website platform, mobile app, and digital marketing campaigns, creating intuitive, visually appealing designs that prioritize user needs through research, wireframing, and collaboration with Digital Marketing and other stakeholders

  • Creative projects include designing the corporate website; marketing campaign landing pages; conference and event materials; presentation decks; social media, email, and newsletter graphics; annual reports; and corporate advertisements

  • Bring new ideas for design and content structure

  • Empower others to manage their ongoing needs by developing, implementing, and managing template systems

  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field prefered 

  • 5+ years in a corporate in-house graphic design role or at a marketing agency; healthcare experience is a plus

  • Must have a portfolio to share

  • Polished professional with a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results 

  • Strong proficiency in web development platforms, primarily Drupal and WordPress, and creating and editing content (knowledge of programming languages is a plus)

  • Thorough knowledge of project management practices and proven experience in time management and working independently

  • Able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines

  • Able to pivot between long-term, strategic initiatives and tactical, quick-turn work

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Efficient workflow and asset organizational skills

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities

  • Proven editing skills and attention to detail 

The salary range for this role is $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits  (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% based on the performance for the role and resricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
