At Prior’s Court we offer a specialist residential school, with young adult provision and an extensive training and development centre. As a registered, non-profit charity we work to support and improve life chances for young people aged 5-25 who are severely affected by autism.

We are looking for a Job Coach Coordinator/Careers Lead to create and lead a comprehensive careers service for all young people, ensuring careers feature within the learning framework across all areas of learning. To support and develop the job coach role (leading a team of up to 10 people) by ensuring young people aged between 16 – 25 have an opportunity to experience work, have a regular work placement or have a paid job. To develop paid work opportunities for as many young people as possible. To represent Prior’s Court by developing positive links with external providers including (but not exclusively) project SEARCH. To ensure the impact of all careers work is reported on regularly.
Level 3 qualification in English and Maths or equivalent
