Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Concierge who will provide members with solutions to meet their needs. Your duties will include and are not limited to; Analyzing a situation and providing a fresh perspective or developing a most suitable solution.



  • 3+ years experience working in a Customer Service role
  • Solid experience with research techniques
  • Good experience in project management
  • Familiarity with CRM software along with ability to maintain relationship data
  • Committed to high standard of integrity and outstanding work ethic
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Great listening and communication skills with analytical and creative mindset

  • Perform short-term or long-term research to address a variety of marketing opportunities
