Job Description

The administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring an efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. This includes a broad set of administrative and clerical tasks in providing support to our managers and sales teams.



  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative assistant position
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide proper follow up
  • Good practical experience with MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent


Additional Information


  • Providing outstanding front office customer service
  • File and maintain all office paperwork
  • Assist with data entry of personal data updates, starts, finishes, and new clients
  • Processing new hire paperwork to the Human Resource Department
  • Maintaining outstanding levels of administrative support to all internal and external employees
  • Arrange events, appointments and travels
  • Help clients and company representatives contact each other
  • Review and update office policies and procedures
  • Monitor office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
